What is Coaching?
Positivity and living the life we want is important to our wellbeing. Coaching enables people to achieve their aspirations in their personal life, work or business. It is confidential, supportive and tailored to each individual. It is not about telling you what to do – it is about enabling you to reflect, consider options for change, make decisions and take positive steps to action your changes.
How Coaching Works
Coaching is about you for you…but you need to see if it is right for you, so we offer a free initial consultation to provide you with the opportunity to discuss your aspirations and see how we can best work together.
Coaching is confidential and one to one sessions are tailored to suit you. Typically a coaching session is one hour and can be face to face at one of our comfortable meeting venues – or we can offer telephone and Skype coaching too.
