With more than 20 years experience as a human resource development professional, Rhiannon Holman has gained a wealth of expertise, working successfully with businesses and organisations in the public and private sectors, holding the directorship of a regional training organisation and chairing Somerset Women in Enterprise.

As a highly experienced, national assessor for Investors in People accreditation, since 1996 Rhiannon has assessed over 250 organisations, in several cases as lead assessor on assignments for multi-national organisations. She was human resource manager for 60 employees, and, as a training director was responsible for securing and delivering contracts for regional vocational training programmes.

Through Rhiannon's Investors in People status as advisor and assessor, the focus of her consultancy work is improving business performance through the development of people in the workplace and in their private lives.
