Why use a Coach?
In a business or organisational context, working in partnership with you (the client), the practiced eye of your coach will take an overview of yoursetup, identifying areas where performance, motivation and enthusiasm would benefit from improvement. Your management team or individual members of staff will then be equipped with effective methods of changing attitudes and inspiring new ideas. Where management/staff relationships may be fraught, an impartial coach can break down barriers and use his or her skills to teach new ways of thinking that ultimately lead to positive and long-lasting changes. In a non-threatening and acceptable way, your Coach can link your corporate objectives and performance standards with the personal aspirations of members of the workforce, with a favourable outcome for everyone.

The Practicalities
All coaching services are tailored to the individual or team, and the number of coaching sessions required is agreed with the client.

Typically, coaching takes place through a series of one-to-one sessions, often one hour in duration, with ongoing phone and email support. A similar approach is used for team coaching sessions.

Your coach will support the client with a focused action plan, which will help to clarify the issues, identify areas for change and provide a “route map” to implement positive action.
