Rhiannon Holman’s career has included teaching, the directorship of a regional training organisation, and chairing Somerset Women in Enterprise.

Over the past 10 years, in addition to her work in human resource development, she has specialised in coaching, gaining qualifications in both business and personal fields, as well as a great deal of experience. Rhiannon is accredited an Investors in People advisor and assessor. She is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD), an Associate Member of The Association for Coaching, and holds a University Post Graduate qualification in Business and Personal Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.

The focus of her consultancy work is improving business performance through the development of people.
